DOWNTIME

Immediately after treatment, your skin will look red, which can appear to look like moderate sun burn. Your skin may also feel hot after the treatment for around three to four hours. Some swelling may also be seen after Endybleph for up to 48 hours.

RESULTS

Optimal results are seen around 3 months following the end of your treatment course.

With minimal downtime and discomfort the Endymed™3DEEP® Fractional Skin Resurfacing treats all skin layers, resulting in  a brighter complexion, a reduction in hyperpigmentation, enhanced skin texture and smoothing of fine lines, wrinkles and scars.

HOW DOES FRACTIONAL SKIN RESURFACING WORK?

Fractional Skin Resurfacing improves the appearance of visible signs of ageing as well as hyperpigmentation. The Fractional Skin Resurfacing treatment uses ENDYMED™ 3DEEP® which is state of the art technology to deliver a controlled, focussed radio-frequency into the skin to stimulate skin cells and encourage new collagen production, improving the underlying structures of the skin, causing it to tighten and lift.

Using controlled micro-resurfacing and dermal heating, it simultaneously smooths issues such as acne scars and wrinkles and brightens your complexion, while dermal heating gets to work deeper in the skin encouraging the production of brand new collagen, key to making skin look firmer, healthier and more youthful.

With minimal downtime, the specialist FSR hand-piece delivers comfortable treatments (with topical anaesthetic applied beforehand), which can be used for the full face or to target those common areas of concern – around the eyes and mouth.

It can also be used to treat scars and stretch marks with fantastic results.

FAQs

  • Is Fractional Skin Resurfacing painful?

    We apply topical anaesthetic (numbing cream) prior to all fractional skin resurfacing treatments including Endybleph treatments. There can be some mild discomfort during the treatment and afterwards the skin can feel hot (resembling sun burn) for around 4 hours. 

  • How long do fractional skin resurfacing results last?

    Providing you stay on top of your treatments maintenance will be a single stand alone treatment rather than a full course. The interval between maintenance treatments will vary depending on many factors for example age, general health and skin health.

  • Fractional skin resurfacing recovery time

    Immediately after treatment the skin appears red and feels warm (like sunburn), this feeling can last up to 4 hours, with redness calming over the next 24-48 hours. Micro-crusting appears around 72 hours post-treatment that gradually disappear over the following days. Patients can use a sterile cover-up post-procedure for the first 48 hours and then revert to their usual make-up/tinted SPF thereafter.
